Ingredients:
- 12 oz ziti pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil ziti in salted water until al dente. Drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Mix pasta with marinara sauce.
- Layer half the pasta in a baking dish. Add ricotta mixture, then remaining pasta.
- Top with mozzarella.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Ingredients:
- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed & drained)

Instructions:
