If you prefer ham over turkey, you can also make a savory gravy!

I use both ham drippings and broth to balance the saltiness. Cornstarch and milk helps the gravy creamy and smooth. That’s the way I like it!

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons butter
4 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup ham drippings
1 cup low sodium vegetable broth or chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
Black pepper to taste

Steps:
In a pan, melts the butter then add cornstarch. Mix well till the cornstarch is brownish. Add drippings, broth and milk. Continue whisking till fully combined and creamy to your right consistency. Sprinkle some ground black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
